Prepare briefing materials, documents, reports, and presentations for the executive team. Collaborate with other assistants, team members, and external parties to coordinate efforts, solve problems, and improve processes. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail. Maintain a system of filing and organization that supports efficient information management. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and coordinating tasks. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
