Position Title: Pallet Builder

Wage: $16/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Pallet Builder for a company in Darien, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift.

Pallet Builder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures
- Build pallets using provided tools, wood components, and proper process and procedure
- Work effectively within a diverse team environment
- Perform sanitation "clean as you go" and good housekeeping practices and end of shift clean-up
- Will be trained on the use of the following tools in order to build: nail gun, hammer, table saw, radial arm saw, and pallet notcher

Pallet Builder Requirements:
- Able to read basic construction blueprints
- Able to read a tape measure
- Ability to work at a fast pace without compromising quality
- Able to do repetitive bending, twisting, leaning, lifting, walking, and stretching
- Able to lift an average of 30 pounds consistently throughout duration of shift, can be up to 50 pounds with help
- Good attendance during contract period
- Able to work well with diverse team members
